The room was clean, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. We also appreciated finding coffee pods and a machine, plus cold water in the fridge when we arrived. It's a lovely hotel and a great base for walking to all the sights. The woman at reception when we checked out was really nice.

Breakfast was really nice, and the rooms were great. It's very conveniently placed for getting into the city and walking to all the major sights.

We felt very safe, and the location was fantastic. The room was just right, everything was very clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The team at Hotel Relais Servio Tullio were so helpful before, during, and after our stay, especially Yves and the people who answered all my questions on WhatsApp. Thanks for making our time in Rome so enjoyable.

Everything was good. The room was clean, the showers were amazing, and the hotel is right next to the train station.

The location was great. We parked elsewhere, then walked or took an Uber to the hotel. The modern room was great too, and the shower was amazing. There's an elevator, though only two people can fit at a time, which wasn't ideal for our group of three. Still, that was okay since many hotels in Rome don't have elevators at all. The Wi-Fi was really poor. Reception is only open from 10:00-19:00. That wasn't a big deal for us, but I like not having to worry about checking in if I can't make it on time. They clean the rooms every day, but don't change the towels.
