The location was great, with plenty of places to eat and a taxi stand right outside. I felt safe traveling alone because there are two locked doors before you reach the rooms. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and staff answered my questions quickly and helpfully. The shower could have been cleaner, though it wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t the nicest place I’ve stayed, but it worked well for me.

Mateo and Rafaella were very accommodating and helpful, and they got back to us promptly whenever we contacted them. The central building has a lot of charm, and our clean room had crisp white sheets that made the stay feel special. Grazie, we’d recommend it and come back.

We slept well, even with major tourist attractions nearby, since nighttime noise wasn’t a problem. The staff were kind and considerate, and the accommodation was excellent. It’s right in the centre of Rome, in a fantastic location.

Raffaella made my first trip to Rome so much easier and happier. I understand a little Italian but don’t speak it, and she went out of her way to get me the information and services I needed. She even called the taxi service and tried everything she could to find their number, making sure they’d pick me up in the right place and at the right time for the airport. I really appreciated her help. I love Rome, Italy, and hope I can come back soon.

The staff were great and always willing to help, and the room was spacious, with high ceilings and an amazing bathroom. It’s just 50 meters from piazza Navona and 500 meters from pantheon. Everything about the place was great.
