Remember Rome Guest House

The room had a pretty nice view, and the place was comfortable and accommodating. Everything worked, and I had no issues. Service was friendly and kind, but still efficient, and the location was perfect. Honestly, choosing this place was one of the best decisions of the trip. The price for the quality was great.

A few times we could hear other guests or people outside, though it wasn’t very loud. Aside from that, this is a clean, well-kept guesthouse and a good place to sleep and rest in Rome if you’re not expecting a five-star suite. It’s close to the metro and Vatican city, with cafes, restaurants, and museums all around. St. Peter's Basilica is about a 10-minute walk away. The room quality and bed sheets were good, and the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and very helpful. They made the stay fantastic. For what you pay, this place is hard to beat!

The location is perfect for getting around, with plenty of bus connections to the rest of Rome. It takes about 25 minutes total to reach the Forum and the Capitoline Museums. Vatican Museum’s entrance is a three-minute walk away, and Ottaviano Metro station is less than two minutes away. Even with busy restaurants nearby, street noise wasn’t an issue thanks to the well-insulated windows on the second floor. I had a spacious room, a comfortable bed, a good-sized bathroom, and, thankfully, efficient air conditioning. At less than 70€ a night with city tax, it’s a bargain.

Vincenzo checked us in and helped arrange a taxi to the Airport. The room was clean and tidy, the shower had good water pressure, and we appreciated finding two spare toilet rolls in the cupboard, three rolls in total. The location worked well, between the Metro and Vatican City. We had a lovely time in Rome and would consider staying again. The WiFi was patchy at times. In early May, the air conditioning wasn’t available because we were told it only runs in summer. It might be helpful to let guests turn it on during hotter days before summer.
