Our host was warm and accommodating, and the bed was comfortable with a great shower. The room was clean, tidy, and just as advertised. Communication was faultless, even if the place itself isn't five-star. It’s close to Termini metro, though the neighborhood felt sketchy. The owner and a local both warned us to stay alert, which I appreciated. Would I stay again? Yes. We loved Rome. The only photo I took was of the tiny, really cute elevator.

The room was pretty average, and the air conditioning didn't work, so sleeping was uncomfortable. Breakfast was included, but there was a big lump of mold in the jam. When we told a staff member, they responded rudely and handled it unprofessionally. Communication from the staff was poor too.

It was the cheapest place near Termini, and the low price suited what I needed: somewhere close by. The accommodation and service weren't great, adequate at best, but it did the job for a cheap stay near where I had to be.

The bugs leave itchy bites! Breakfast is just a packet croissant, the hot water cuts out right when you need it, and the beds are only 5 inches thick. You need 5 keys, and the outside feels dodgy. Thieves will rob you!

Good thing we only stayed one night. It was dusty, the toilet seat was broken, and the water pressure was awful. What they call breakfast couldn't even be called breakfast. Very disappointing.
