Room Mate Gran Filippo II

For my fiancée's birthday weekend, I told the hotel in advance, and they had a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, and we loved both the breakfast and the rooftop. I've stayed at pricier, more famous hotel chains, but never had staff as attentive as these.

The hotel is on a quiet street, yet within walking distance of major sights, shops, and restaurants. It's a great central location, and the staff were friendly and helpful, with a lovely welcome when we arrived. Our room was large and stylish, well appointed, and had an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide self-service menu. A fantastic hotel stay, highly recommend.

Grace and Umberto made us feel at home throughout our stay. They were warm, professional, and happy to help with every request, which made the trip especially memorable. We’ve stayed with Room Mate three times now, at Room Mate Isabella in Florence, Room Mate Giulia in Milan, and most recently Room Mate Collection Filippo in Rome. Each visit has been even better. The Rome hotel is modern, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and in a great spot. Room Mate has become our go-to in Italy, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Best hotel room ever! Everyone on staff was so kind and helpful. Mauro and Carlo at the front desk gave us useful information every day, and breakfast had everything we needed. 10/10.
