Yvan was attentive and quick to respond. We accidentally left a pair of shoes behind, and he shipped them to us at no cost. The apartment was spacious, modern, and nicely decorated, and the photos matched what we found. It was in a great spot for the main sights, near the subway, while still being quiet. The kitchen had snacks, coffee, and cold drinks in the fridge; slippers and a bathrobe were there too, and towels were changed when needed. The owner met us when we arrived, showed us around, and handed over the keys.

The host was very nice, and the place was spotless, everything felt just right. I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was, and getting around was fairly convenient. It felt like very good value for money and left me with a really positive impression of Rome. I can see why it has a five-star rating 👍
