Spain Apartment

The location was outstanding, and the apartment was spacious for such a central spot. It was clean and well equipped, with two bathrooms for our family of four, good water, excellent internet, enough towels, and delicious espresso. The balcony was lovely, though being on the fifth floor means you need to watch children carefully. The elevator worked well but was a little small. The pillows were too hard and high, and gave me neck pain in the morning. It would be good to have tea bags too. The women replying on WhatsApp were excellent and very quick. Getting in, though, was a nightmare. Nobody opened the building’s outer door when we arrived, so my wife, our kids, and I waited outside with our luggage for two hours after a long flight. The little ones were tired and needed the bathroom. A girl eventually opened the door by chance, and then we got the owner’s number and he explained how to get in. The outer door needs fixing. Since I booked through an agent, they said they didn’t have my contact details to send the instructions. The agent should have passed them on instead of leaving us stranded. It’s a small operation with two apartments on the fifth floor of a local building. This was my first time reviewing a business, and I wanted to be honest without being negative. I love Rome and Italian people. Good luck with the business, and I hope these problems can be fixed.
