Un Posto a Roma

We won't stay here again. The biggest issue was the water damage upstairs. It woke us on both nights, with drops landing on our faces, and there wasn't time to fix it while we were there. I understood that, and they promised a refund, but now we've found out we're getting nothing back. Breaking that promise may be worse than the leak itself. Wi-Fi barely worked, and only in parts of the room with a weak signal. Breakfast was just toast and marmalade, with cereal but no dishes and a coffee machine that didn't work.

The location was good. The rest was just okay.

We stayed for two nights in early November 2019 and came away very disappointed. Before we could even get in, we spent an hour and a half outside ringing every intercom because we had no instructions. Then, once inside, we found two couples sharing the same apartment, which was shocking. There were workers in the apartment until 9 pm on the first day because it was under construction. Breakfast was awful too, with no milk and a Nespresso machine that didn't work. The location is good, but I wouldn't recommend the place.

The location was great, but the rest was a disaster. Wi-Fi was barely there, and breakfast amounted to toast with jam and a broken coffee machine. Water damage right above our bed woke us on both nights, and it wasn't fixed. Michaela, the landlady, promised €200 compensation several times, but we never received it. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.
