They pay close attention to what you need and welcome you with such warmth. It feels like being part of a family, rather than just another customer. The place is peaceful, even with traffic around.

After a busy day in the city, the garden is a lovely place to unwind. The bus stop is just 100 meters away, and the main attractions are about 30 minutes from there. We especially appreciated how kind and polite the staff were. We felt at home, and the value for the price is great. The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean, breakfast is included and amazing, and there are vending machines with very affordable prices. A super quiet, cheerful place to stay in Rome. We had a wonderful experience and recommend it.

A restful, peaceful place, with a balcony in the room and a quiet neighborhood. It's humble but charming, and Aurelia Avenue offers a good connection to the city, with plenty of services nearby.

The location in the Aurelio part of the city worked very well for us. We drove to the places we wanted to see with little trouble. Breakfast has a nice selection, and if it's not included, you can buy a token to hand to the dining room attendant. There's a microwave by reception, though no fridge or microwave in the rooms. Parking is very limited, so register your car ahead of time. The building and grounds are pretty standard for Roman apartment living, and the rooms themselves are simple, modest, and clean. For the price, it's a great value in an otherwise immaculately clean property. But the sound carries everywhere. For seven of our eight nights it was unbearably loud, often with younger groups socializing at 2 AM. Quiet hours weren't enforced, and after the third night of partying I gave up and wore headphones to sleep. The gentleman I spoke with offered little help or sympathy. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear people on your floor and above and below; the echoing also made it hard to feel comfortable or safe. The front desk isn't staffed overnight. If there's a disturbance, you're expected to leave your room, go to reception, and use the house phone to call someone. The phone in room 357 didn't work. That room also had just one working outlet. The shower head leaked, and the hot water never got properly hot. There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. With the noise and other issues, I'd stay again only if the walls were better soundproofed. If sleep matters to you, consider another place.
