The staff made this one of our favorite hotels we've ever stayed in. They arranged airport pickup, left cold bottles of water on our nightstand each evening, and housekeeping noticed our old receipts were serving as bookmarks, so they brought us Hotel Vilon bookmarks and postcards instead. They were thoughtful and attentive throughout. The chef-made breakfast and coffee were complimentary, and the place is tucked away from busy streets but still close to great food and sights. I'd happily return. Thank you for everything!

The rooms are elegant and excellent, and there's a very nice rooftop bar with food. Prices can run high depending on the season. The staff were great and usually spoke multiple languages.

Breakfast was a highlight every morning, and the food at Adelaide was excellent. The grounds are beautifully kept, and our spotless room was thoughtfully designed. Everyone was genuinely sweet and accommodating, and made us feel at home. The location is ideal, just steps from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and some of Rome's best shopping and dining. We had an amazing stay and left already planning to return. Highly recommend Hotel Vilòn for a charming, intimate, luxurious stay in Rome.

The Adelaide restaurant was excellent, and everyone on the Vilòn team was friendly and helpful. The service was superb, much better than at many similar hotels. I felt at home here, which is rare for me when I travel, especially when I'm sleeping somewhere other than my own bedroom. Everything felt fresh and was extremely clean, without the usual hotel smell. The towels were new and the bedsheets clean and soft. Well done!

What a pleasure staying here. The service is calm and confident, and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. It's a hidden gem on a quiet street right in the heart of Rome. The interior design shifts from light to delightfully moody depending on the space.
