The prices are in line with a 4-star hotel, but this doesn’t feel like one, and I don’t think it’s worth the cost. They even charge an extra 5 euros for bike storage when the room price is already exaggerated. It looks like a hotel for Americans with bad taste. I’d avoid it.

The hotel’s renovated buildings are spread around tiny medieval San Quirico d'Orcia, so staying here feels like a distinctive way to experience the town. The location is handy for driving to wine towns and wineries, though there isn’t a lot to do locally beyond the hotel itself. We only stayed one night but had a great time. The room was comfortable, very clean, and had a nice bathroom. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff kept things running smoothly while making us feel at home. What a lovely find, with great people.

We only booked one night and wished we’d stayed longer. They upgraded us to a bigger room, and greeted us with tea and coffee. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety, though it’s served in another building. You have to walk across town to get there, which is also a nice chance to see the place. A super cozy hotel.

A lovely find in Val d'Orchia. It’s family owned, with a few places to stay around town and a great restaurant. The rooms are spacious and have a cool design, and the staff are great. Highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel just outside the medieval town, with a great bed and parking for a motorbike. The family who owns it also owns quite a few properties in the old town, and I wasn’t sure whether that was a good thing. Its location on the ss22 road is convenient for travelling around Tuscany.
