A great spot for a summer holiday with the family.

Mr. Luigi made our stay especially good. He was warm, courteous, and ready to help with every request, and we’re very grateful to him. The apartment was roomy and well cared for, and the residence has a pool that’s nice for unwinding in the evening. It’s a lovely, peaceful place up on a hill, though a bit far from the center if you plan to walk. We had a very positive stay.

Luigi is such a kind person and makes you feel at home. He does all he can to make your stay pleasant. I think this place is extraordinary. Good luck!

The location is a real plus. It’s quiet on top of a hill, with a balcony view of the Riviera dei Cedri, and there’s a large pool for relaxing. Small shops are also close enough to walk to, including a grocery store, greengrocer, butcher, bar, and especially the excellent Francois Bernard bakery. The property is beautiful and well kept. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony and awnings. We were welcomed with wine and figs, which was a lovely gesture. The air conditioning, though, leaked and caused trouble for the apartment below. Its owner came by late in the evening to complain and said he’d take care of it, but nothing happened. Then the manager was upset with us for not reporting it. That made for an unpleasant situation, and we’d expected to switch off and leave maintenance concerns to others. We also had repeated power cuts for the first two days while Enel was doing work, and only learned what was happening after reporting the issue several times. Cleanliness fell short of what we expected from earlier reviews. The Wi-Fi was so slow that we used our mobile data instead. The surroundings and location are excellent, but we hope the managers improve how they communicate and handle problems so future guests can have a more peaceful stay.
