We had a great stay at Residenze Italia with our team during a trade show, and we'd happily return next year. The apartments are roomy, well equipped, and had what we needed to feel at home. Having a washing machine in the apartment was especially useful for a stay of several days. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always available. It's easy to get into Milan by metro or car, while the setting stays peaceful and away from the busy city centre. Excellent value for the money.

The bus stop is right under the house, and the rooms have air conditioning and a balcony. They were comfortable, though a little small. It was a pretty good experience except for the noise, especially on the lower floors, and the high checkout charges, including €100 for cleaning.

Apartment 10E was really nice, well located, and well heated. We got a great welcome with bubbles 🥂🍾, and it was very clean. I'd recommend it even for a short stay 🔝
