Breakfast was delicious, with fresh local pies and cakes, a varied buffet, and excellent coffee. Prices were good too. The service from reception and the bar staff was outstanding, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We met the lady owner at reception, and she was a great help and knows the mountains well. The family business seems to treat its staff well. The location worked perfectly for visiting the Dolomites from Austria, getting to the parks, and planning hikes. The small centre of Sexten is within walking distance for groceries, and there’s plenty of parking beside the hotel. Our room was spacious and cosy, with Alpine wood furnishings, a comfortable excellent bed, very tidy, and well soundproofed. Thank you!

Only tried lunch at the restaurant, and it was excellent. There’s a varied menu, generous portions, good food, and vegetarian choices. The service was good, and the traditional dining room is spacious.

The worst experience. We told them six times that we don’t eat ham or pork, but they still put it inside our burger. Even after they changed it, there was another problem: my father’s grilled chicken came with pieces of pork on it. When we asked about it, the woman just laughed and giggled. They don’t respect religion or allergies. I don’t recommend this place.

A very cosy place with nice, friendly staff. The food is really good, though it used to be better and cheaper some time ago. Worth trying at least once in your life.
