We paid 300 € for one night, and the stay was very frustrating for that price. Arriving around midnight, we followed the late arrival instructions and checked the lockbox at the entrance, but it was empty. After looking around, we found a key in another box and called the emergency number. The key turned out to open multiple rooms, which raised serious safety and security concerns. Once inside, there was no electricity because only one key had been left and the power needed a card to stay on. When we reported it, we were told to use any personal card, like an ID or driving licence, instead of being given a proper fix. There was no formal check-in or check-out, and nobody asked for identification or verified guest details. The poor organization, lack of help, security issues, and missing basic hotel procedures made this a deeply disappointing experience.

The staff, breakfast, and pool were all fantastic, and the hotel is spotless, quiet, and newly refreshed. It’s in a great spot, especially if you treat yourself to Tancredi across the road. A special mention for the guy who takes care of the bar in the evening. It’s hard to find much fault, though more drawers or a closet in the room would’ve helped.

Loved the style and the cozy feel. The lighting was great, and although the design might seem like it could feel sterile, the room was actually warm and comfortable. It was very clean, the room was amazing, the staff were sweet, and my dog was very happy here.

We’d definitely return and would happily recommend this place. The hotel is beautiful and stylish, right by Lake Garda, and the location is excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from.

The staff were really friendly 🥰. We enjoyed a good breakfast with lots of options and very good coffee. The hotel has been renovated in modern beige tones, with nice decorations and a pleasant scent. Our room was lovely, with towels, coffee, and tea. There’s an outdoor pool, though we didn’t check whether it’s heated in winter. Parking costs 15€/day.
