The spa was lovely, especially the sauna with its amazing panoramic view. Everything at the hotel was very clean, including our room, and the restaurant food was so good we couldn’t believe it was part of the half-board price. Service at the restaurant and bar was quick, and everyone working there, including the owners, was kind and helpful. The stay felt really personal: after the first night, they recognized us without needing our room number. On our last morning, they even left a printed personal goodbye message at our breakfast table. We’ve never experienced anything like that. There’s nothing we didn’t like. In my opinion, it already deserves five stars, and I’m sure it’ll get that rating soon.

The host was lovely, and the service was outstanding. Much better than any standard three-star superior hotel. Highly recommended!

Lisetta has become a real oasis of well-being in Dorf Tirol after years of renovation and new construction. The spa and fitness areas are excellent, and there’s a paradise for young children too. Everything seems to have been thought of, and it’s easy to relax here and feel at home. We were welcomed so warmly and treated like family. The service was excellent, the cuisine and pastries outstanding, almost Michelin-star quality, and housekeeping was thorough and meticulous. This is all thanks to the young, dedicated couple who run the hotel with such passion. Their commitment is unique and admirable, and takes a lot of energy.

The Junior Suite had a large balcony overlooking the valley, and the hotel is architecturally beautiful throughout. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner especially deserves praise. The whole cheerful, friendly team, from reception and service to the bar and housekeeping, looked after us during our six-day break. The heated saltwater outdoor pool was lovely, the flower-filled garden was beautifully kept and relaxing, and all the facilities, including the spa, were in excellent condition. We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end and would love to return.
