There was no way to adjust the apartment temperature, which seems unreasonable for a rental. I also couldn't understand its high ratings. The place felt outdated, with a tiny TV and a worn, falling-apart sofa. Rotten pumpkin decorations with visible mold had been left on a shelf. It wasn't clean when we arrived. The dishes and utensils were dirty and needed washing before we could use them. The rug hadn't been vacuumed, and the shower head was in very poor condition. Even the cleaning sponge was already dirty, and there wasn't a clean spare. That's unacceptable. One thing for future guests: the street up to the apartment is very steep, all uphill, so it could be a serious problem for anyone with mobility concerns. Our car could manage the incline, but a weaker car or poor clutch control might make it hard to reach the property.

Graziano was a very kind and helpful host. The apartment has its own entrance, and within 50 meters there are places to enjoy a delicious aperitivo. It's in the old town near the cathedral and castle, and the place itself is spacious, quiet, clean, warm, and equipped with every comfort.

Graziano was especially attentive and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and close to Piazza Unità d'Italia, with its beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

We booked a few days at Trionfo, which has excellent reviews, but they didn't mention that it's not suitable for elderly guests at all. We couldn't stay there and asked for a refund, but that wasn't possible. If you're elderly or have trouble walking, stay away.
