The place was so clean and beautiful, and the night was peaceful. We felt at ease from the moment the lady and gentleman welcomed us so warmly and generously. Breakfast was amazing too. I’d happily recommend their lovely villa 💞

We’d happily stay here again. The hosts are lovely, breakfast is delicious, and our spacious room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom. It’s a nice family-run B&B, and the old tram makes getting downtown Trieste easy.
We felt very well looked after at Villa Albori. The owners were kind and helpful throughout, and the location made it easy to get around. Everything was clean, and breakfast had lots of fresh ingredients and plenty of choice. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
The bus stop is almost right across from the villa, and the ride into the heart of Trieste takes about 12 minutes, with buses every 20 minutes. We liked staying in a residential area outside the city center, though that may not suit everyone. There are restaurants, bars, gelato, a couple of stores, and a laundromat nearby. We ate both nights at Trattoria Pizzeria Veto, where the pizza and homemade gnocchi were fantastic, with good service and reasonable prices. Fulvia and Franco were gracious and welcoming. Fulvia knows the neighborhood and city well and is glad to share tips on what to do or where to eat. There’s also a binder of information in each room. Breakfast was a real treat, with three kinds of homemade jam and two or three home-baked items each day. The baked treats were amazing, and we had to restrain ourselves. There were also crepes, cereal, cheese, meat, bread, and an egg cooked how we liked it, along with coffee, tea, and juice. The common areas and our room were very clean. The bathroom was spotless, with fixtures that looked new, strong water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Extra blankets and pillows were available, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable. My husband and I stayed at Villa Albiori for two nights. If we come back to Trieste, we’ll absolutely stay here again.
You feel safe and at home here, even though you’re away. The family who owns the villa does their best to make your stay pleasant and is there if you need anything. It’s a peaceful spot with a lovely garden and swimming pool, plus private parking. The rooms are spacious and nice, with bathrooms, and the Italian breakfast is generous, with lots of homemade food. There’s a trattoria just a few steps away and a café across the street. If you’d rather not stay in the center of Trieste, it’s about 15 minutes to get there by car or bus.
