The location worked really well, about a 15-minute walk from the main train station, with easy water bus access. My room was cozy and very clean, with a garden view. The bathroom had towels, a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, and there was a small minibar fridge for the perishable things I’d bought. Mattia was polite and attentive throughout. I’d asked when booking whether vegan breakfast options were possible, and soy yogurt and almond milk were there for me. He also shared lots of tips on finding plant-based food and quieter parts of Venice. Check-out got a little stressful because of my own time constraints, but Mattia was understanding. grazie mille! I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if I return to Venice.

The owner and place were so lovely, I wish there were more stars to give. The room was excellent, the yard beautiful, and breakfast there was delicious. The owner was so polite and made it feel like home. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our traditional room was cozy and looked out over the canal, and the location was just right, a two-minute walk from a nice pedestrian area with lots of wine bars. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room and had a decent range of choices. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll definitely return to Venice.

The house has such an authentic Venetian feel, and the garden and satisfying breakfast made the stay even nicer. It’s close to everything but removed from the crowds, with local wine bars and restaurants only a few minutes away. I hope I can come back soon!
