It’s 2.45am and that strong, foul bathroom smell has given all of us a headache. Closing the door or trying to block the gap underneath doesn’t help, it’s unbearable and there around the clock. Don’t come here. This apartment should be banned from short lets.

I’ve started a criminal prosecution, and the police are investigating. The apartment was locked, but someone came in without my permission and took all the cash I had. The door uses a code, so only staff had access. Support showed no empathy and made no attempt to fix anything, just said I couldn’t prove it. Thieves, unsafe environment. Never think about booking.

Be careful, they’ll take your money and valuables from the apartment while you’re out, even briefly. Don’t go there, you’ll be robbed. I believe this is organized activity. Check the other reviews on Google and Booking.

The place looked new and clean in the photos, but it was filthy when we arrived yesterday. The kitchen, floor and knives were dirty, and the sheets had just been thrown over grimy sofa beds. When I pulled them off, the couches were awful and smelled so bad that my mother with asthma felt ill and my sick child and I had to go to the hospital. We couldn’t open the windows. The closet was broken and things in the room were damaged. Customer service didn’t believe me when I called, insisted the sheets were clean, and offered only to clean a room that should have been clean before we arrived. They were disrespectful and showed no humanity. I sent photos of the mess, but they wouldn’t refund us. We paid a lot for nothing. Wonderfull italy is a very bad company, and this is the worst appartment ever. They should be ashamed of the poor service. I’d never recommend booking here. If you want w GOOD stay at Venice book at plazza stern!!! They comment on every bad review, but every bad review is 100% right!
