The one real plus is how close it is to Venice’s main visitor spots. The place itself is old and not very clean.

Although it’s centrally located, I’d never stay here again. The old house is poorly maintained, with no Wi-Fi or oven, no spoons or glasses, and dirty pots and pans that were all unusable. After I complained, they moved us to another apartment that was just as dirty and management wanted €40. After the first night, they sent us back to the original apartment, claiming it was clean, but it was still dirty. Management gave me no assistance.

I’m still asking to rent the apartments again, but they kept my cancellation money. Communication was lacking, and the excessive focus on profit feels close to taking advantage of customers. I can’t trust this accommodation.

The apartment is right in the centre, but it’s very old and there’s no TV. It has just one bedroom, with the couch serving as the bed.
