Daniele, the host, made this an incredibly unpleasant stay. He was rude and got angry if I didn't reply to messages immediately. He also insisted I sign a document giving him the right to “inspect the apartment at any time,” and I was sure he would do it. Avoid at all costs. As the other one-star review said, he is very rude.

I cancelled right away after contacting the landlord about payment problems. The reply was extremely unfriendly, and at points rude and insulting. I'd never had an experience like that with another accommodation.

The apartment was nice and stylish, with an elegant look that felt truly Venetian. Its location was great too.
