Elisa made check-in and check-out simple and was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, right beside the bus to the city. The room and bathroom were spotless, and towels were provided. The rooms felt a bit small and cold, and the heater wasn't very effective, but there were extra blankets.

A wonderful place, and the owner was lovely. The room had what we needed, including a fridge, microwave, air conditioning, kettle, TV, tea and coffee, plus croissants and jam. Lidl is 500 meters away, and the bus stop and tobacco shop where you can buy tickets are next door. There's a pizzeria 50 meters away. The bus ride to Venice takes around 15-20 minutes.

The hotel is close to the centre of Venice, with a direct bus from the stop right outside. You can also take a direct bus to Venice airport from there. Lidl is nearby, and there's a restaurant 4 meters away. The room had air conditioning, a TV, microwave, shower, and WC. I loved the place, it was nice and clean, and the staff were great. The receptionist was especially helpful. Highly recommended!

For 45 euros a night, it felt deluxe: very clean, excellent service, and private parking that was free. The bus connection to Venice was very good, just 10 minutes away, and there's a great supermarket 150 meters from the place. PERFECT!!

The room was large and clean, and the hotel is well located by the bus stops. The front desk staff were kind. A very good hotel.
