We were very happy with the apartment. It was clean, full of positive energy, and had a warm, homelike feel. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there was also a washer and dryer. I enjoyed being able to cook for myself. It’s close to the train station, and the bridge to reach it is wheelchair friendly, which is unusual in Venice. We stayed for one day with family and loved the place. Best wishes to the owners, and I hope they keep it just as well maintained.
