Hotel Da Bruno

I could get everywhere I wanted to see on foot, with walks ranging from five to 20 minutes, and the hotel was so close that I never needed a public toilet. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, with truly first-class service. Breakfast was fantastic, with more variety than I could sample. Free tea and coffee were available all the time, which was perfect during my early spring visit when it was still a bit cold. My room was neat, clean, and had everything I needed. I have nothing negative to say and recommend staying here when visiting Venezia.

We were a group of 11, staying across three annexes, and a separate person accompanied each group and helped carry the ladies’ suitcases to the residence doors. The apartments had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and unlimited toiletries. We only used enough for a week, with two more left. We were there in February, and the apartments were very warm. Our group had an early departure, so a water taxi was arranged for 3.30. It got everyone to Marco Polo Airport in 20 minutes. The apartments were excellent, with five-star living conditions and communication. To me, this was the best service not just in Venice but in Europe. I’ll come back and recommend it to everyone. We enjoyed our few days in room 258 during the Mask Carnival. The room was lovely and clean, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. The reception and breakfast staff were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend this Hotel. Thanks again.

The breakfast was generous, with fruit, bread, cereal, salad, and hot dishes, and the bedrooms and lobby had that grand Venetian guidebook look. Even with St Marcos basilica only a five-minute walk away, the hotel was quiet. I had a four-day stay here, traveling alone with my child, and the staff made us feel welcome. Igor Tristan went out of his way to help with our luggage, and the breakfast and reception teams were just as thoughtful.
