We were really happy with our 3 nights here. The location is amazing, and daily cleaning is done unless you put out a sign. They sent all the information through WhatsApp, and we got in without any trouble. The room was good, with a very effective air conditioner and complimentary miscellaneous things. We also had a fridge, hair dryer, heated rack, good TV, and other useful items. The door isn't really made for an apartment or hotel room, so you can hear everything in the hall, but the other guests were respectful and it didn't bother us.

The location was great, just around the corner from a very nice gelato shop, with an amazing restaurant next door. The staff communicated really well over WhatsApp. One downside: when we needed to write the city tax on an envelope, there were no pens, so I had to use lip liner. There also wasn't a full length mirror in the room, which I really needed. The elevator didn't work, though that wasn't an issue for us, but it's useful to know.

The position is perfect, just 3 min from S Marco. The new rooms facing the channels were clean and tidy. There's no reception, but all the instructions were clear and everything worked flawlessly for us.

The location was the one good thing, extremely close to Piazza San Marco. Our room was small, neglected, and very dusty, and it looked different from the online photos. There was no care in the details. The doors were so thin we could hear other guests. I wouldn't recommend it.

An Apple charger was taken right from the room, which doesn't even have a safe. Management refused to accept responsibility, citing that they couldn't do anything under Article 1783 of the Italian Civil Code. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I don't feel guest safety is guaranteed.
