We were so glad we picked this apartment instead of a hotel. It felt like home, and having De Spa just around the corner probably saved us quite a bit since we could make breakfast and lunch here. The location is perfecto, so I’d definitely come back. There was only one pillow per person, and the bedroom air conditioning was nearly useless because cupboards blocked it. Luckily, it wasn’t the height of summer.

We loved our stay in this well-kept apartment. The living spaces were great, the host was friendly, and getting here from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station was convenient.

The view was great, and it was easy to get to both the train station and waterfront. There weren’t enough waste baskets or towels.

It’s on the northern side of Venice, handy for the train and water taxi. The apartment has AC, a washing machine, and two bathrooms.
