The bed was very comfortable, and Gina was a lovely host. One odd detail: the shower for room 5 was tucked into a corner beside the bed. The location is great and the price is good for Venice. I’d definitely stay again.

The rooms are small, but they were clean, and the location is good, right in Venice’s old centre. Our main issue was the communication and the information we were given. They don’t clearly set out their policies online or when asked. A guesthouse or hotel should explain how matters like cancellations and early checkouts are handled. In an email, they even claimed the information was clearly written, but we couldn’t find it anywhere. Be careful if you get into a legal dispute with them, as it could cost you extra money. I’ve seen another Google user post about this too. Be aware.

This place could have made for an amazing stay, but the heater didn’t work properly while I was there. Both nights we slept there, we were freezing.

A nice, inexpensive room in a great spot. The main sights are easy to reach on foot, and it’s away from the most touristy areas.

The apartment was lovely and we had a great stay, though it could use a little TLC.
