The staff met us at the dock, and the service stayed wonderful from then on. I’ve visited Venice several times, but this was a standout stay, thanks to the lovely rooms and attentive team. My junior suite felt like a Venetian villa, the second-floor bar was super cool, and the restaurant food was delicious. The manager was present and hands-on, and worked hard to accommodate my food allergy. You can’t go wrong here.

We loved our stay at Palazzetto MyVenice. The restaurant was a real highlight, and breakfast was delicious. Service throughout was attentive, friendly, and professional. We initially booked three nights in the Romantic Room, then added a fourth night and moved to the Junior Suite. The Romantic Room was smaller, but charming, full of thoughtful touches and with lovely canal views. The suite was breathtaking, with every detail carefully chosen. The whole new property is elegant, beautifully maintained, and full of attention to detail. We’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, authentic Venetian stay and excellent hospitality.

What makes this lovely, well-placed boutique hotel special is how personally attentive and helpful everyone is. They really go out of their way to make your stay feel special. The rooms are a good size with modern amenities, and the bathrooms are roomy with great showers. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Venice.

So glad we picked Palazzetto MyVenice for our trip. The hotel’s decor is lovely, with Murano glass works of art throughout, and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. We had such a good time at MyVenice, it deserves five stars and more.

The beautiful interior and top-notch service made this one of the highlights of our Venice trip last month. The staff did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. I’d also really recommend eating at the restaurant.
