We had a lovely two-room apartment on the top floor, with our own patio. It was good for the price and very well located near the major sights, with easy access to other areas. Right in the centre, yet the area was still very quiet. Perfect!

We loved our two-night stay in Suite 1 on the first floor. The room was really pretty and super clean, and the staff were very kind and professional. If I come back to Venise, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks!

4/10
The staff were nice and the prices reasonable, but room 4 had a leaking roof. There was no Wi-Fi on the second floor even though they said it was available. They had an old device plugged in and said it had only broken recently, but from the staff's expressions, it seemed they already knew.

It feels more like an apartment place than a hotel, though it's linked to a nearby hotel with a similar name. A good spot, with great restaurants all close by, about five minutes away and at most ten.

The room was great and really big. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are all easy to get to. The lanes are small, but it's a great location.
