We came away thinking the reviews had to be fake, but they really weren't. Luca, Veronica, and their colleague were fantastic, and the apartment has everything you could need. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I can't imagine choosing the Hilton or anywhere else in Venice after this stay. One small tip: don't run too many things while using the toaster. 🙂

The place was lovely, and I'd happily come back. I spent my birthday here, and the manager was so helpful. When I checked in, he even gave me a bottle of wine as a birthday gift.

Getting the key was a little awkward, but the apartment itself was lovely. The bed squeaked with every movement, though, and we both lost a lot of sleep because of it.

The canal views are great, and the property is wonderful. There's also a free shuttle boat to San Marco sqaure about every 30 minutes.

The apartment has everything you need, including housekeeping. But the best part was Luca, who's an amazing person.
