The restaurant deck is perfectly placed for watching Venice’s traffic pass at its own pace, and the hotel’s reception, lobby, and bar are stunning, with thoughtful details, great service, and exceptional food. Claudia at reception arranged a whole day visiting Murano and Burano, and it went superbly. She stayed in touch on WhatsApp to keep everything on time. The rooms are beautiful, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the design is fabulous. I only had one reservation: the lighting system is unnecessarily complex, and at times it was challenging. I’m a techy, and the lack of plugs beside the bed was a problem for my CPAP machine, though there are USBC sockets. The spa is a treatment room plus a private room with an indoor pool and Turkish bath, which you can rent for extra. The therapists were fantastic, and the Turkish bath was so cool. It’s just short of the Rialto bridge, so you can walk to almost anywhere in 10-15 mins, and arriving or leaving by boat is simple. This is an exceptional location and a wonderful treat, great for couples or parents with older kids. I wouldn’t bring younger kids for fear of something getting broken. If you’re after Four Seasons convenience and minimalist comfort, this may not be your place. But if you like boutique style, impressive historic architecture, and artistic value, it’s heaven. Fix the lighting and it’s a full 5/5.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. The staff were warm and attentive, especially the team members who went above and beyond to help us with our airline ticket issues. Their kindness and effort made a real difference. Every detail reflected the standards of a five-star hotel. Many thanks to the whole team, and we hope to return.

Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with delicious food and a stunning view. The whole team was warm, attentive, and welcoming, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The concept store is a gem too, full of inspiring objects and clothing chosen with great taste, and it reflects the hotel's artistic spirit. We're returning guests, and The Venice Venice Hotel remains one of the most beautifully designed places we've stayed. Each room is different, with modern style, authentic Venetian charm, and art woven in without feeling overwhelming. You can see the care and creativity in the details. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The vintage decor, art, and high ceilings made the hotel absolutely breathtaking, and the service was impeccable. Enriko welcomed us at check-in, was so warm and hospitable, and showed us to our room. Alessandro, Valentina, and Emmanuel later gave us amazing suggestions. Eliza the therapist gave me a facial that made my face look 5 years younger. At checkout, Claudia the Concierge helped us with Gallery tickets, and Enrico, the same name as the man earlier, assisted with checkout and arranged transport. Mattiea helped us as well. An unforgettable stay in a historic city.
