I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel made my solo ski trip easy. They can take you to the nearest ski area, just two minutes up the road. Regular ski buses reach the bigger areas around val di fassa, with discounted tickets for hotel guests. Breakfast was spot on before a full day skiing, and ready in time to catch the bus from right outside the hotel by 8am.

Amazing views, clean rooms, and a nice balcony off my room. This family-run place serves generous portions for the price, with a wide choice at breakfast. The food was incredible, with local dishes and often ingredients straight from their garden. The staff were kind, friendly and patient.

The hotel is clean, and the ski area is nearby. We loved the food, with very generous dinner portions, and the service team was lovely. Sorry about the mess Julek made at breakfast, and thank you Al Piccolo for looking after us 🥰 I only wish the spa were open longer or cost less at other times 😞

The owners are fantastic, sincerely caring and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms are really good, the location is great, and the meals are exquisite. Hotel Al Piccolo is cosy and well presented in Vigo di Fassa. I’ll come back and strongly recommend it.
