熱海天海ヴィラ/ Atami Tenkai Villa

The barbecue area made for a memorable evening with friends, with good food and the scenery all around us. I also got to watch a fireworks display from the villa. Up on the mountain, Atami Tenkai Villa has an unobstructed view of the fireworks, which made the show feel magical. The sea and city views are wonderful too. I enjoyed waking up to the water and the busy city below, coffee in hand. The location and the whole experience left a strong impression on me.

The host was so thoughtful and kind, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. I loved the breathtaking night view from the living room, which made a perfect setting for my birthday celebration. Thanks again, Ken. I'll definitely come back in Summer ☀️. Highly recommend this place for a memorable getaway!

The view across Atami bay was my favorite part, and you can even enjoy it from the bath tub. It was spectacular day and night, the fanciest view I've had at any hotel or holiday home. The villa's position is what gives it that secluded, peaceful feel, with lots of privacy. Inside, the design was gorgeous and cozy, and it seemed newly renovated. Our group of 7 friends fit perfectly, and we had a fun BBQ dinner on the huge terrace. Getting there is the tricky bit. It's on a steep hill and public transportation doesn't really reach it, so shop for groceries ahead of time. Without a car, a taxi from Atami city centre is an affordable 8 min ride, around 1000¥. Definitely recommend.

Ken is a great host, and the renovations look amazing. I loved grilling on the porch with that splendid view. It's also a perfect spot for Atami summer fireworks, heading down the hill to an onsen, or taking a day trip to Hatsushima. 10/10, I've come back a second time!
