Toyoko Inn Fuji Kawaguchiko Ohashi Hotel

For a one-night stop, the small room was fine, though we struggled a little to open our luggage. The simple breakfast buffet tasted good and filled us up. All the staff were kind and polite. The free shuttle was a huge help. It took only 10 minutes between the hotel and station, with plenty of hourly runs. They also offered free rides between Toyoko Inn branches in the area. We took one to Mishami station to catch the Shinkansen to Kyoto, which saved us from paying about ¥2600 per person for another bus. Arigato gozaimasu ♥️

The room was tidy and clean, with a great view and a pretty big bathtub. We were very satisfied. The free breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and you should try the grape jelly. Free shuttle service goes beyond train station pickups to places like Oshino Haikai, the outlet, and other train stations. It's easy to book rides on the website, though station pickup and drop-off don't need advance booking, and the timetable is there too. There's a microwave in the lobby, plus coffee, tea, and ice until midnight. The staff were friendly. Highly recommend! 👌 👍

We stayed two nights as a family of four while exploring Mount Fuji, booking one double room and one twin. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and made it easy to relax. The staff were polite, kind, and ready to help. We arrived before check-in, and they strictly start at 3:00 PM. The free lobby lockers meant we could leave our bags safely and head to the Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, which is a reasonable walk away, while waiting. Breakfast was included and had a choice of Japanese or Western food, both delicious and filling. The free shuttle to Kawaguchiko Station was handy too. Just go to waiting shed number 10 for pickup. We'd happily stay again and recommend the hotel.

The free shuttle to Kawaguchiko station made getting around easy, and the lockers were simple to use for storing our things before and after checkout. The rooms and laundry area were clean, and the staff were kind. I also paid to use the hot rock bed and had the whole place to myself. It was a nice way to pass the time while my laundry was running. For a budget hotel, five stars.
