The Austrian alpine feel made this stay extra special, and the staff were wonderful. It was also easy to get around, about an 8-minute walk from the bus station and near lots of good places to eat. We loved the lovely breakfast and fantastic restaurant. Our room was generously sized, with a cozy bed that made mornings difficult, and the dry room was great after skiing. The bathroom was a little small, but it could be turned into a bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. Thanks to the team at Marillen Hotel Hakuba. We had a memorable stay and would love to return.

After a full day riding, we had a great Apres with friends here. The live music, fondue and atmosphere were all 10/10. And the schnitzel in the heart of Hakuba was insanely good. Can't wait to come back next season!

So far, this has been the best food and service I've found in Hakuba. I was tired of everything being grilled or fried, and here the food was delicious. The team was lovely and paid attention to the little details. It's warm inside, with gorgeous snowy views.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, with amazing views, and the staff were lovely and really helpful. It's a true ski in and ski out hotel, with a great breakfast every morning. The ski lockers were handy, as were the washer dryers downstairs. We also appreciated the shuttle to other HHG hotels and establishments for dinner. And the pretzels are to die for!

We had dinner here and liked the sausages and schnitzel, though we missed out on the pork knuckle. The service was attentive too.
