Hiroshima Capsule Hotel & Sauna New Japan EX - Caters to Men

The spa was a nice part of the stay. It was good to take a bath and soak after waking up. For the night, I paid under USD$30, so it was quite cheap. The staff were incredibly friendly despite the language barrier, check-in was easy, and the capsule was comfortable enough.

The staff were lovely, and the location was good. I’d happily come back to this area and stay here again. There’s a comfortable reclining room, plus a restaurant serving beer and food. The spa has the things I wanted: a sauna, steam room, lots of hot and cold jacuzzis, cold dips, and plenty of showers. Upstairs, the outdoor rooftop floor has hot springs and places to relax. It’s a great capsule hotel with wonderful facilities.

I’d never stayed in a Kapsel 💊hotel before, and working on some reports inside the capsule became an unforgettable experience. It’s much cheaper than a regular hotel with beds, and the downtown location is handy for tourists. You can get there quickly after getting off the city train. Note: this hotel is for men only.

There was quite a bit of snoring at first during the night, but it stopped, and things were very quiet after that. The sauna was hot and relaxing, and there was plenty of space at the washing stations.
