The service was very friendly, and language wasn't an issue. The price is more than reasonable, and the place is nice. My room was clean and had all the necessary toiletries and amenities. It's ideal as somewhere to sleep and rest while visiting the city. Highly recommended if that's what you're looking for.

I've stayed at many business and love hotels, and had never had a light bulb fall like this. It suddenly dropped and sparked, apparently from poor maintenance or deterioration. I contacted the front desk right away. They came to inspect it and said they'd check, but didn't even clean up the broken pieces. It fortunately missed me, though it was positioned where it could easily have hit me on the head. This is an extremely dangerous property. Anyone considering a stay should be aware a bulb could fall and be very cautious.

I came sightseeing from Fukuoka and went to a love hotel, but I couldn't choose my room. How do Hiroshima love hotels work? In Fukuoka you can pick a room, and there are plenty of good ones. I also don't understand why there are so many men at the front desks of Hiroshima love hotels when it's usually women. For the price, the room design seemed cheap, and the whole thing ruined my precious memories. I never want to use a love hotel in Hiroshima again.

Since the renewal, it’s gotten better. I still can’t tell which bottle is the shampoo.
