The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and made for a restful night after exploring Hiroshima. Friendly, professional staff were always ready to help, which made the stay feel welcoming. The stay was smooth overall, though some of the amenities or room features could be improved. It's a solid option if you're looking for comfort and convenience in a central location.

The place was very dusty and clearly not well maintained. I burned myself when the electric kettle blew up as I plugged it in. They just said sorry and did nothing.

Pretty good. It's a little too small, which is my only complaint, though in a way that actually makes it kind of nice.

Breakfast was the standout for me: no local specialties, but a compact spread with plenty of sides and drinks. The rice seemed to have been mixed in after cooking, which was a bit of a letdown. The room itself was clean, though at first the bathroom had an old-fashioned smell. Wi-Fi was slow but usable. It’s an affordable business hotel, and the downtown location makes it easy to find somewhere to eat or drink at night if you don’t mind walking. Public transport nearby is limited. From outside it looks like the building may have served another purpose before, but inside it’s a regular hotel.

The area is lively, but the hotel itself was quiet. I also appreciated the next-door parking, which fits cars up to 2 meters tall, and the breakfast had a lot to choose from. I’d stay here again.
