There was no hot water in Room 205, and nothing before booking clearly warned us. The only notice came after booking, buried at the very end of an email attachment. Other reminders and notices that were supposed to be in the envelope were missing too. The booking couldn’t be fully refunded, and there was no sign in the room or bathroom saying the hot water was unavailable. Several guests appear to have had the same problem, based on Google Maps reviews, including some from almost a year ago, yet it still hasn’t been fixed. It feels like a trap, and a reputable hotel shouldn’t let this continue. After a long day of travel in the cold winter, this was a terrible stay. I never thought a hotel could lack hot water, and the owner refuses to admit the mistake. If you absolutely must book here, check whether hot water is available first. I hope nobody else has to deal with this.

There was no hot water for the shower, and the booking site didn’t mention it. The reservation was prepaid and couldn’t be cancelled. Only after booking did an easy-to-miss email attachment say guests had to walk 20 minutes to a public bathhouse. If you missed that attachment, there was no further warning in the check-in or check-out messages, and nothing posted in the room either. Please don’t book this room unless you’re okay with having no hot water in winter. It feels like a scam.

I want my money back. There was no hot water or Wi-Fi, and the room was dirty. Nothing was explained in advance, which made things hard to figure out. It felt like the guests were being taken for granted. This is the worst place I've ever stayed, and it isn't worth paying for.

I booked at the last minute, but the bath water wouldn't run at all, as if the system was broken. The Wi-Fi also wouldn't connect. I really wish they'd told me about these problems beforehand.
