Granrina Kanazawa Hoboekimae Hotel

On my third trip to Kanazawa, I chose this newly opened hotel, which is owned by a woman, after previously staying at large hotels near the station. It's about a seven-minute walk from the station, and I enjoyed looking around Kanazawa on the way, so the distance didn't bother me. This compact place met my expectations. The design felt carefully thought through, with a woman's perspective in mind. I could take my shoes off in the room, and the bedding was so comfortable that I could properly relax. It's a little different from a typical hotel, and I'd like to come back with a female friend.

That body soap smelled so nice I even showered in the morning, which I don't usually do. The stylish interior and exterior also made the place feel lovely and comfortable. The concept seems aimed at women, so it could be a great fit for a girls' trip. Since it has an open-plan layout, the staff sometimes seemed a little hesitant to greet guests. Still, I think this could become a new kind of accommodation in Kanazawa. I'm giving it four stars and hoping for good things.

The rooms are spacious and would be nice for several people. The facilities and amenities aren't luxurious, but they're practical and just right. It's also a really convenient base, with Omicho Market and the station area an easy walk away. Seems well suited to a Kanazawa trip, especially if you're staying three to four nights. I'd like to come back with friends.

The bedding was so comfortable that I ended up asking where they sell the mattresses. The interior was thoughtfully arranged and made for an enjoyable space, with well-stocked amenities and clear attention to detail. Restaurants nearby made the location convenient too. I stayed here while visiting Kanazawa, and would like to return.
