Family Lodge Hatagoya Sanuki Kanonji

A convenience store is right across the street, and Kotohiki Park and Zenigata Sunae are close by, so the location worked well for sightseeing around Kannonji. I came from Kochi to see Kagawa Kannonji, and the American roadside motel look made it feel like a trip as soon as I arrived. The room was bigger than I expected, with two queen beds and space to lay out my luggage. I slept well. They also included a simple breakfast of bread and coffee, which was a nice touch. Bring your own pajamas, slippers, and toothbrush, since those amenities aren’t provided. The value was good, and I’d consider staying again when I’m in Kannonji.

It was affordable, and I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The microwave, toaster, and hot water were available on the shared floor.

I was a little unsure because the price was low, but I was happy with my stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was quite large too. I was traveling alone and had two king-size beds to sleep on comfortably. There’s a convenience store right out front, with a bento shop and sushi restaurant about a minute away by car, plus a supermarket a bit farther on. I’d bring my own slippers.

We came a long way with our cat, and since it was hard to find a hotel that would take him, my husband researched and chose this inn. We got in late, but the owner was very accommodating. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast croissants. Thanks for looking after us.
