We booked a non-smoking room and were told several times at check-in that smoking wasn’t allowed, yet the room reeked of smoke. When we raised it, the staff member told us to wait there and didn’t apologize. After sitting in that smell for 20 minutes, we gave up and left. The hotel is ignoring my requests for a refund. Avoid this place unless sleeping in a chimney sounds appealing.

The room was big and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For a small price, there’s a lot of luxury here, including a TV, projector, karaoke, games, hot tub, and a variety of included items. Room service runs 24 hours and the prices are decent. If you need somewhere near Ise, this adult-only hotel is worth experiencing.

We were traveling as a couple and booked online that same day, thinking this was a business hotel. The exterior and layout surprised us a bit, since it’s basically a love hotel. Still, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed where we slept well, and a nice massage chair that helped us relax. There seemed to be enough parking for every room. We also saw two other couples traveling. We hadn’t expected much, but were pleasantly satisfied. Room service seems to be limited to ordering from outside.

The receptionist’s sunglasses looked a little odd, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The microwave in the room was good, though.
