We booked through Booking.com for two people on our anniversary, March 1st. The all-inclusive plan was new to me, and we could order up to eight items at once, four drinks and four dishes. Everything tasted good, especially the tamagoyaki, and the room price was reasonable. Room 312 was bright and very clean, which made me excited to spend the day there. It was my first visit, and the staff were kind and showed me to the room. I've stayed at many hotels, but the staff here were especially helpful and warm. I was impressed with the whole stay and would definitely come back. Thanks to everyone on the team.

The female staff member was great, but the male staff member working late at night had a very poor attitude. At a restaurant that's open 24 hours with all-you-can-eat, I was treated as though I shouldn't order late. Both heat-resistant cups were dirty, so I wondered whether they'd been cleaned at all. I asked the front desk to replace them, and the cups they brought back were left wet in my room. They also made a deliberate noise while bringing them, which really upset me.

I had a really relaxing stay today, and both the food and drinks were tasty. Ordering the all-you-can-eat and drink plan by phone is a little inconvenient, but the price is manageable and I think it's great value. I'll come back.

Room 812 smelled awful, like an old man's scalp mixed with a sour odor and cheap perfume from Don Quijote. It was so bad it felt traumatic. I don't understand how anyone could let the next guest into a room smelling like that. If the odor is strong enough, they should at least use a deodorizer, and turn off the air conditioner before letting someone in. The cushions smelled so bad up close I felt like throwing up. If they can't keep them fresh, they should remove them or deal with the smell. I went to Nagoya on a whim and booked on a weekday evening. At check-in, I was told my reserved room wasn't ready and that only the best room remained, so they asked me to take it. I expected that to be fine, but the smell hit as soon as I opened the door. I opened the window for air, but there were no screens and I worried about insects coming in. They mentioned karaoke and a sauna, but neither mattered with that stench. After taking my luggage to the bathroom, I found a hair in the toilet bowl and wondered if the room had been cleaned properly. It felt like the room had been hurriedly prepared, and the shiny, clean hotel shown on the booking site seemed like a lie. I'm not especially sensitive, can sleep anywhere, and usually put up with minor annoyances when I'm not at home, but this was too much. It was like someone had just been in the room and left a horrible smell behind. Even if food waste or other smelly things aren't actually there, walking into that kind of odor feels awful. What was the point of making a reservation?
