Location is awesome, about a five-minute walk to Kokusai Dori with countless eateries and convenience stores. There’s also a Hellocycling rental bicycle service right at the entrance. We stayed in 505. The room was a bit old, but spacious enough for two adults and three children. Arrive was excellent, and the manager even let us park in their staff parking.

Good value, and there’s a capsule coffee machine, but the sofa had lots of hair and dust. The bathroom drain was already clogged with hair before we’d even used it. Not a place I’d recommend to anyone who cares about hygiene.

The entrance is tucked beside Yoshinoya. It’s small and difficult to spot.
