Hotel Lex Numazu Adult Only

The room and bathroom were both small, and there wasn’t much in the way of amenities. The table was right in front of the TV, lol. It was noisy along the road, and I wondered if they’d left the window open as a COVID-19 precaution. It was cold! Parking was free, and having Lawson across the street was handy, though people could see you going in. You choose a room from a panel, so there’s no need to speak with the front desk. For the price, the service didn’t feel worth it, and I probably wouldn’t stay again. February 28, 2021

I’d read complaints about the amenities, so I was glad to find them all in the room. There were also shampoo, lotion, body wash, conditioner, and other items available to pick up on the first floor. Breakfast came as a choice of Japanese or Western. I picked Japanese and enjoyed it, especially since they brought it to my room at the time I chose. I went in expecting little because of the low rating, but was very satisfied. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in Numazu.

There was nowhere to change clothes and no closet, and the payment machine buttons were wet and disgusting. The room and bathroom are too small for what it costs, the service is poor, and I’ve never seen such a sparse selection of amenities. I wish the price were lower. I won’t come back!

I used this pretty standard love hotel on a business trip, and about half the guests seemed to be love hotel customers. The room was nice, with a large king-size bed that felt spacious for one person. Having a microwave in the room was great, and I could order food through the hotel service. It was cheap, too. 😅
