The owner was lovely and answered quickly, which helped since it was my first time in Tokyo. I stayed alone and found the room size fine, though I think two people might find it a bit small. I could open my full suitcase. The toilet was small, but it had a bathtub, which I loved for a hot soak. There was a full set of appliances: hair dryer, refrigerator, mini fan, desicator, air conditioning, and electric kettle. The washing machine and clothes dryer are available for a fee. There were lots of restaurants nearby. I loved a cafe about 100 meters around the corner, and the steak restaurant next to it was delicious too.

Communication with the host was excellent, and they were flexible about check-in and check-out. They also handled our luggage delivery and brought the suitcases right to our room. The room was modern, clean, and a good size, with handy amenities like a washing machine and elevator. We especially liked being able to open the window to air it out, which isn’t always possible in Tokyo. Many activities were within walking distance, and the metro connection was convenient. We’re really glad we stayed and would happily recommend it.

The location and price were good enough that I’d stay again. Check-in was super easy, and the staff at IGO were great. The room was nice, though there isn’t much space if you bring two large suitcases. Laundry costs coins to use, which was fine, but they hadn’t mentioned that in the reservation or check-in instructions.
