Good Inn Nishi Tsurusaki

Very clean.

Being right across from the station made errands very convenient, and the basic amenities were enough for a comfortable stay. Afterward, though, I had severe itching and several red spots. I can't say what caused them, but I had some concerns about the bedding and cleanliness. Better management of the bedding and room environment would help guests feel more at ease.

The Wi-Fi was a little weak, but the reception staff were very helpful. Having a convenience store right across from the hotel was handy too. I’ll use the hotel again when I’m back here.

The room was clean, and some of the staff were friendly and helpful. A few others had blank expressions and came across as unfriendly. I’d rather be greeted with a smile. Being stared at without any expression feels unpleasant, and I hope those staff members visit other hotels and learn from the experience. To be fair, there were also staff who smiled and helped us.
