For a one-night stop after landing in Osake near midnight, it was worth the money. I wouldn't choose it for several nights, though. It's easy to reach by public transit, and the building used to be apartments, so the rooms give you a feel for how Japanese apartments look. They're VERY TINY. The carpet and floor were average in cleanliness, the bathroom was SMALL, and the unit did have a small kitchen. Two beds took up much of the bedroom, so this may not suit you if you're carrying lots of luggage.

One big plus is daily towel replacement and trash removal. A lot of chain hotels in Japan don't provide that anymore. The rooms are big for the price, probably because the building is a converted apartment, and it's reasonably priced with access to three lines, Kintetsu and two subway lines. There's a front desk, but staff are rarely sitting there. Pick up the phone and someone comes pretty quickly, within about two minutes at most when I called. That didn't help when women in the next room were screaming and banging into furniture at 1:30, though. A couple of fist bumps against the wall did the trick. Pro tip, tap the wall first to find a hollow spot. Some parts are solid concrete, and they hurt like hell while making no noise.

I booked a day ahead when something unexpected came up and I needed to be near shinsaibashi. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd stay again if I ran into a similar situation. The building is a converted apartment rather than a purpose-built hotel, but the room is spacious enough compared with actual hotels. Cleanliness seemed acceptable and the decor was okay. I'd check photos from other reviewers, not just the hotel's own pictures. There's a combini around the block for a quick meal or other things, and two coin-operated washers and two dryers, which should be enough for the number of rooms. It's fairly close to shinsaibashi without all the surrounding lights and noise, so it worked well for a night or two. A good option for budget-conscious travelers wanting to stay near shinsaibashi.

The room was spacious and good value, with fast Wi-Fi, a strong shower, and comfortable bedding. The hotel is close to the kintetsu line and airport bus, with the Kintetsu station less than five minutes away and the subway about a ten-minute walk. A few convenience stores are nearby too. Staff are usually in the office rather than at the small reception, but just call if you need anything.

A great little place, with a spacious room and a pretty good location. It's easy to get to the subway, and the hotel sits away from the hustle and bustle, which was a nice change.
