10/10
The staff were very friendly and helped make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and nice, and it was a great boutique hotel for a few days in Osaka. It’s really well located for people who enjoy walking: Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, and the city’s main business area with its modern buildings are all within walking distance.

The staff were the part we appreciated most. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, and the central spot made it easy to explore Osaka. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The personalized service stood out: the staff were attentive and even left us a note the next morning with suggestions for places to see. This art hotel is central, with public transport nearby and a convenience store right across the street. Our room was clean and comfortable. We weren't bothered by subway noise, which seems normal for a hotel in the middle of a city. Great value, and highly recommended.

The relaxed jazz bar feel made this stay memorable, and the service was polite and helpful. I booked the large room with a river view balcony, which was spacious and had a cozy whiskey room atmosphere, with wood, leather, pepper, and vanilla scents. The thoughtful touches included Bluetooth speakers, shower speakers, mosquito nets, and earplugs. Soundproof glass doors and dimmable lighting were smart design choices too. A real value for the price.

8/10
The staff clearly tried hard to make our stay enjoyable, and the price was good. The location also worked well for us. We stayed two nights, and the place was clean and tidy, though the rooms looked much better in the photos. My only reason for giving four stars is that the facilities felt closer to a 3 star hotel than the 4 star hotel we thought we were booking.
